监狱民警职务犯罪的危害与对策研究

Study on the Harm and Countermeasure of Duty-related Crimes of Prison Police

随着我国市场经济的快速发展,监狱与社会的联系进一步密切,监狱民警手中的权力既是改造罪犯的"法器"同时也是诱发职务犯罪的"先天条件"。与一般职务犯罪相比,监狱民警职务犯罪的危害要大得多,既是对社会公序良俗的破坏,更是对国家司法公信力的践踏。结合监狱民警的职业特点,探讨监狱民警职务犯罪的危害,并提出防范对策,可为国家制定政策及相关专业研究提供参考依据。

With the rapid development of China's market economy,the connection between the prison and the society has further closed.The power of the prison police is not only the"legal weapon"for reforming criminals but also the"congenital condition"for inducing duty-related crimes.Compared with the general duty-related crimes,the crimes of prison police officers are much more harmful,which is not only the destruction of social conventions,but also the trampling of the national judicial credibility.Combined with the occupational characteristics of prison police,this article discussed the harm of duty-related crimes of prison police and proposed prevention countermeasures,which can provide reference for national policy formulation and related professional research.
