基于可持续性评估的医院信息化系统建设与对策

The discussion on present situation and the countermeasures of the construction of HIS based on sustainable assessment

目的:基于可持续性评估原则,研究医院信息系统(HIS)建设中存在的问题,探讨工作对策的应用效果。方法:由第三方组织,采用全面检查、数据统计和满意度调查等方法,对HIS进行评估,医院依据评估结果进行调研和论证,制定建设与发展对策。结果:新增和改善医院信息化系统共12项,可持续发展的问题下降81.6%,医务人员满意度提高了12.7%达到95.2%。结论:基于可持续性评估的医院信息化系统建设工作,有效地解决了HIS应用的突出问题,提高了信息化平台的利用率,为医院的长期发展和临床服务水平的提升奠定了基础。

Objective:To research the existed problems in the construction of hospital information system(HIS)and discuss the application effect of countermeasures based on the principle of sustainable assessment.Methods:The third-party organization adopted series of methods included comprehensive inspection,data statistics and satisfaction survey to evaluate the HIS.Based on the evaluation results,the hospital investigated,surveyed,demonstrated and formulated countermeasures about construction and development.Results:A total of 12 hospital information systems have been added and improved.The problems of sustainable development declined by 81.6%.And the satisfaction level of medical staffs increased by 12.7%and reached to 95.2%.Conclusion:Construction of HIS based on sustainable assessment can effectively solve the prominent problems in the application of HIS,and enhance the utilization rate of the informatization platform,and lay the foundation for the long-term development of hospital and the improvement of clinical service level.
