基于预防性维修理论的麻醉机通气系统故障分析

Study on analyzing failure of ventilation system of anesthesia machine based on the theory of preventative maintenance

目的:建立麻醉机通气系统的预防性维修管理体系,探讨其在设备管理中的应用价值。方法:基于预防性维修分析理论,分析医院27台麻醉机的故障现象和故障原因,根据设备故障主要原因制定维修大纲,采用Wilcoxon符号秩检验分析设备维修管理的评估数据。结果:医院开展麻醉机预防性维修管理后,设备的开机率、故障维修频率和运行费用2017年的评估数据明显优于2016年,其差异有统计学意义(Z=-4.383,Z=-4.492,Z=-4.396;P<0.01)。结论:基于PM法建立的预防性维修管理体系适用于医院麻醉机通气系统的管理工作,能够有效提高麻醉机的工作质量,降低故障率和维修成本,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:To establish the preventative maintenance(PM)management system for the ventilation system of anesthesia machine and study its application value in equipment management.Methods:Based on PM analysis theory,the phenomena and causes of fault of 27 anesthesia machines in hospital were analyzed.According to the main reasons of equipment fault to formulate maintenance outline,and the Wilcoxon signed rank test was used to analyze the evaluation data of maintenance management of equipment.Results:There were significant differences in equipment operation rate,failure maintenance frequency and equipment operation cost between before and after implementing the preventive maintenance management for anesthesia machine(Z=-4.383,Z=-4.492,Z=-4.396,P<0.01).Conclusion:The preventive maintenance management system that based on PM method is suitable for management of the ventilation system of anesthesia machine in hospital,and it can effectively enhance the operating quality of anesthesia machine and reduce the failure rate and maintenance cost.Therefore,it has higher application value.
