关于高校外设研究机构的功能和发展的思考——以北京化工大学为例

Thoughts on the Functions and Developments of University Peripheral Research Institutions——Taking Beijing University of Chemical Technology as an Example

高校的主要任务是培养高层次人才,同时肩负着科学研究和高新技术开发的重要使命。高校外设研究机构有利于汇集优势学科成果,紧密结合区域发展需求,源头引导区域产业规划设计,带动区域协同创新发展,加快科技成果的转化,有效提高社会服务能力。外设研究机构作为实训基地,为培养新型创新工程人才提供了有力的支撑。根据几年来外设研究机构的运行实践,对其存在的问题及未来发展提出思考与建议。

The most important mission of university is to train high-level talents,develop cutting-edge technology and lead scientific research at the same time.This paper discussed the positive effects of the university peripheral research institution in collection of advanced subject achievements,tight combination of regional development needs,source guide of regional industrial design,driving development of regional collaborative innovation,acceleration of scientific achievement conversion and improvement of society service capability.In addition,this essay explored the strong supports provided by university peripheral institution as a training base to train innovated engineering talents.Through several years of operation practice in peripheral research institutions,this paper also gives the thoughts and suggestions on existing problems and future development.
