新媒体视域下地方高校辅导员职业压力调查研究 被引量:4

摘要 辅导员是高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,是大学生思想政治教育的主要实施者,新媒体环境对辅导员工作能力、新媒体素养和工作方式等都提出了新的要求,这给辅导员日常管理带来便利的同时也产生了一定的职业压力。通过自编的高校辅导员职业压力量表对福州市大学城地区部分高校辅导员进行随机抽样调查,结果显示,新媒体环境下辅导员的职业压力处于中等偏上水平;压力源从高到低分别为知识危机、新媒体负面效应、工作难度与负荷和新媒体技术压力;辅导员职业压力在性别上没有显著差异,但压力源的个别维度在年龄、婚姻、职称和所带学生数上有显著差异;在此结果基础上,提出了缓解辅导员职业压力、推动辅导员队伍健康发展的对策建议。 The counselor is an important part of the college university’s faculty and the main implementer of ideological and political educationfor college students.The new media environment has put forward new demands on counselors’work abilities,new media literacy and work style,which brings convenience to their daily management as well as professional pressure.Through a self-compiled college counselor occupational stress scale,a random sample survey of some college counselors in Fuzhou City University shows that the professional pressure of counselors in the new media environment is above average;the pressure sources from high to low are the knowledge crisis,the negative effects of new media,the difficulty and load of work,and the pressure of new media technology;there is no significant difference between counselors’occupational stress in gender,but the individual dimensions of stressors in age,marriage,professional title and number of students are significantly different.On the basis of thefindings,the countermeasures and suggestions for alleviating the professional pressure of counselors and promoting the healthy development of counselors are proposed.
