摘要
师道作为中华礼治文化中最具代表性的文化分支,根据不同时代的社会理念以及社会系统中师生的角色定位、行为逻辑和社会成员的认同程度而不断地传承延续。面对新时期传承中华师道、落实立德树人根本任务的实践要求,迫切需要从新的师道精神的构建、教师评价机制的改革和师道精神的宣传角度,探索传承新时期高校教师师道的实践路径。
Teachers’morality,as the most representative branch of Chinese“Rule of Rite”culture,should be constantly inherited according to the governing philosophies of feudal dynasties in different times,teacher and student’s role and behavior logic in society and the acknowledgement of community members.In order to complete the fundamental mission of inheriting Chinese teachers’morality,strengthen moral education and cultivate people,it is urgent to explore a practical path for inheritance from the aspect of construction of teachers’morality,reform of teachers’evaluation mechanism and publicity of teachers’morality.
