摘要
学生发展核心素养理念需尽早落实到职前与职后教师的培养目标与实践中。长沙师范学院针对“小学教师的核心素养是什么”与“通过什么样的培养模式与课程体系引导小学教育专业学生初步具备小学教师核心素养”等关键问题,进行深层次的审视与思考,构建了小学教师核心素养“三维九要点”立体理论模型,凝练出“十二字”人才培养模式,创建“四模块”特色课程并打造“六结合”实践教学体系,取得了一专多能的培养成效。
The development of students'core qualities concept needs to be implemented as early as possible in the training goal and practice of pre-service teachers and in-service teachers.In view of key issues such as"what are primary school teachers'core qualities"and"by what kind of training mode and curriculum system can primary school education majors acquire core qualities of primary school teachers",teachers in Changsha Normal University examine and think in-depth,construct a three-dimensional theory model with the feature of"three-dimensional nine points",sum up"twelve words"personnel training mode,create characteristic courses with"four modules"and build practice teaching system of"six combinations",mastering many skills while specializing in one field.
