提升城市文化软实力的“三力”模式——以铜陵市为例

摘要 城市文化软实力对城市的生存和发展起着至关重要的作用,其呈现要素包括创新力、吸引力和影响力。铜陵文化软实力建设中存在一些不足,具体表现为文化资源丰富但创新力不足、文化产品多元但吸引力不足、文化名片众多但影响力不足等。基于此,可采取以下措施提升城市文化软实力:以企业为主体推动文化资源的创新发展,增强文化创新力;以政策为导向推进文化领域供给侧改革,增强文化吸引力;以人才的集聚来推进文化品牌的形成,增强文化影响力。 The cultural soft power of a city plays an important role in the survival and development of a city,the elements of which include innovation,attraction and influence.There are some deficiencies in the soft power construction of Tongling culture,such as rich cultural resources but insufficient innovation,diversified cultural products but insufficient attraction,numerous cultural business brands but insufficient influence,etc.Based on this,the following measures can be taken to enhance the soft power of urban culture:promoting the innovative development of cultural resources by taking enterprises as the main body and enhancing the cultural innovation;promoting supply-side reform in the cultural field oriented by policy to enhance cultural attraction;promoting the formation of cultural brands and enhancing the cultural influence by gathering talents.
