摘要
文章利用铁碳微电进行解强化污泥厌氧消化。实验结果表明铁碳微电解能够促进污泥的水解酸化,提高乙酸和丁酸的产量,水解酸化相关生物酶的活性提高了16.7%~60.0%。经过30天的厌氧消化,甲烷产量提高了37.8%,VSS分解率提高了9.8%,脱氢酶活性提高了15.1%,辅酶F420浓度提高了66.7%。因此,铁碳微电解更有利于污泥厌氧消化。
In this paper,ferro-carbon micro-electrolysis was used to strengthen anaerobic digestion of sludge.The experimental results showed that ferro-carbon micro-electrolysis could promote the hydrolytic acidification of sludge.The yield of acetic acid and butyric acid were increased,and the activity of enzyme related to hydrolytic acidification was increased by 16.7%~60.0%.After 30 days of anaerobic digestion,the methane production increased by 37.8%,VSS decomposition rate increased by 9.8%,dehydrogenase activity increased by 15.1%,coenzyme F420 concentration increased by 66.7%.Therefore,ferro-carbon micro-electrolysis was beneficial to anaerobic digestion of sludge
