施用沼肥对油茶林根际土壤微生物数量和酶活性影响 被引量:9

Effects of Biogas Fertilizer on Soil Microbial Population and Enzyme Activities in Rhizosphere Soil of Camellia Oleifera

摘要 以8年生油茶林作为研究对象,采用随机区组试验设计,研究沼肥与复合肥不同施肥比例对油茶林根际土壤微生物数量和酶活性影响。结果表明:沼肥施用与根际土壤微生物及酶活性有密切关系。该试验中,纯施沼肥或纯施复合肥的处理根际土壤细菌、真菌、放线菌数量普遍低于沼肥与复合肥配施的处理,沼肥与复合肥配施特别是以3∶1比例混施,油茶林根际土壤细菌、放线菌数量显著高于纯施复合肥的处理;根际土壤蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶、蛋白酶活性受季节变化影响较大,沼肥与复合肥配施在一定程度上能提高油茶林根际土壤蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶、蛋白酶活性。 In this paper,8 year old Camellia oleifera were studied by random block design to study the effects of different proportions of biogas fertilizer and compound fertilizer on the microorganism population and enzyme activity of rhizosphere soil of Camellia oleifera.The results showed that the soil microbial activities and enzyme activities in rhizosphere soil were closely related to the application of biogas fertilizer.The amount of bacteria,fungi and Actinomyces in rhizosphere soil treated with pure biogas fertilizer or pure compound fertilizer were generally lower than that of their combined application.Combined application of biogas fertilizer and compound fertilizer,especially with 3∶1 proportion,showed much higher bacteria and Actinomyces in rhizosphere soil than that of pure compound fertilizer.Activities of sucrase,catalase and protease in rhizosphere soil were greatly affected by seasonal changes,and the combined application could improve these enzyme activities to a certain extent.
