Causes and Countermeasures of School Bullying in Family Education

我国的校园欺凌呈现出日趋低龄、动机敌意、力量不均、影响持续等特征。从家庭教育视角来看,家庭文化的失本、家庭教育的失职、家庭结构的失能是校园欺凌事件的主要成因。在家庭教育方面,有效预防和应对校园欺凌的策略主要包括:营造民主家庭氛围,探寻家庭文化本真;转变家庭教育观念,提高家庭教育质量;加强家庭教育立法,明确家长教育责任;推动家校教育互补,凝聚多方预防合力。

School bullying in China is gradually characterized by younger ages,aggressive motives,imbalanced strength and continuous infl uence.From the angle of family education,the main causes of school bullying are root-loss of family culture,negligence of family education,and competence-loss of family structure.The effective countermeasures for preventing and countering school bullying include:creating democratic family atmosphere and exploring the truth of family culture,changing the idea of family education and improving its quality,strengthening family education legislation and clarifying parents’educational responsibilities,and complementing family-school educational functions and integrating various forces of prevention.
