摘要
对江苏省13个设区市的837名教研机构专业人员、22229名基础教育教师的调查显示:当前江苏省基础教育教研工作整体发展较好,但还存在一些问题:教研活动尚不能满足教师的需求,教师教研成果不够丰厚,教师对学校教研支持力度还不够满意,部分教师对教研活动质量还不够满意;教研工作缺乏长远规划,教研工作方式方法创新不足,环境支持不力影响教研工作的进一步开展。针对这些问题,建议应加强教研工作的统筹规划,优化教研活动的设计组织,强化教研人员的示范作用,以进一步改进江苏基础教育教研工作。
A survey of 837 teaching and research professionals and 22229 teachers from13cities in Jiangsu province reveals that,although the overall development of the current teaching and research work is satisfactory,there still exist some problems such as teaching and research activities’inability to meet teachers’needs,teachers’research achievements being insufficient,teachers’dissatisfaction with school’s support,some of the teachers’dissatisfaction with the quality,the work lacking long-term planning,lack of original methods,and ineffective supporting environment affecting further studies.To solve the above problems,suggestions are as follows:strengthening the overall planning of teaching and research work,optimizing the designing organization of teaching and research activities,enhancing the role model of teaching and research practitioners,only to further improve the teaching and research work on Jiangsu provincial basic education.
