摘要 学业质量的群体差异明显是当前义务教育的热点难点问题之一。群体差异成因的复杂性导致了学业质量群体差异具有一定的普遍性。所谓"均衡干预"即:指向于班级、学校或者某个区域学生群体学业质量乃至教育整体均衡的、具有一定行政色彩或组织化水平,旨在使优先者更优、后进者变优、差异减少的行为介入。干预措施制定的前提是对造成群体学业质量差异的因素进行精准分析。 There are obvious differences in academic quality among different groups,which is a hot diffi cult problem in current compulsory education.The complexity of causes for group diff erences leads to a certain universality of such diff erences in academic quality.“Balanced intervention”actually refers to a kind of behavior intervention oriented towards the academic quality of classes,schools or some regional student groups with the aim of making good better,changing weak into strong,and narrowing diff erences.The prerequisites for formulating intervention measures are to precisely analyze the causes for the differences in academic quality among diff erence groups.
