The full implementation of modern apprenticeship will be an important task for the vocational colleges and enterprises to deepen the production-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation.The enterprise master is the core element of the full implementation of the modern apprenticeship system.Combining years of"dual system"localization practice experience,this paper gives a role orientation to the enterprise masters in the context of modern apprenticeship, proposes their quality requirements and defines their specific responsibilities.
