摘要
建立了测定羧基丁腈橡胶中羧基含量的化学滴定法、红外光谱法和元素分析法。考查了这3种方法的准确度和精密度。结果表明,化学滴定法的测定结果的精密度较好,是测定羧基丁腈橡胶中羧基含量的适宜方法;红外光谱法测定羧基含量,可同时得到结合丙烯腈含量,但测试数据精密度较差,测定结果有较大误差;元素分析法,测定结果的精密度也较好,但不能排除残留含氧添加剂的影响。
The chemical titration method,the infrared spectroscopy method and the elemental analysis method for determinating carboxyl content in carboxylated nitrile rubber were established.The precision and the accuracy of these methods were verified.The analysis results of chemical titration method have fine precision,so it is efficient method for determinating carboxyl content.The infrared spectroscopy method also obtain the content of the bound acrylonitrile,but it has poor precision and the result of quantitative analysis has larger deviation.The determination result of elemental analysis method have fine precision,but the method cannot remove the effect of not-extracted oxygenated additives.
