摘要
石墨烯的应用前景使其备受重视,现有制备方法得到的石墨烯产品差强人意,为突破石墨烯产业化瓶颈,从材料制备入手,分析其制备技术研发态势,创新制备技术十分必要。以WOS数据库中2006~2017年石墨烯制备技术相关文献为研究对象,从信息计量学角度,利用可视化软件CiteSpaceⅢ,结合石墨烯产业化现状从时间分布、研究热点和前沿方面进行计量和可视化对比分析。结果发现,石墨烯制备技术还处于成长阶段,纳米复合材料、氧化石墨烯和碳纳米管复合材料的制备为研发热点,研究前沿为大面积制备墨烯基薄膜、膨胀石墨和功能化石墨烯的制备。
The prospects for the application of graphene have been paid much attention to.The products of graphene produced by the existing preparation methods are very poor.In order to break through the bottleneck of the industrialization of graphene,it is necessary to analyze the research and development situation of the preparation technology from the material preparation,and to innovate the preparation technology.Taking 2006~2017 years of graphene preparation technology related literature in WOS database as the research object,from the perspective of information metrology,using the visualization software CiteSpace Ⅲ,combined with the present status of graphene industrialization,the measurement and visualization of the time distribution,research hot spots and frontiers are compared and analyzed.It is found that the preparation of graphene is still in the growing stage,and the preparation of nanocomposites,graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes is the hot spot.
