摘要 我国自实行改革开放以来,全国经济迎来了快速发展时期,工商农业的发展呈现出了前所未有的繁荣局面,使得我国的国家经济总量步步高升,综合国力稳步增强。而奠定国家发展的基础就是自然资源的大量开发利用,在经济大规模快速发展的模式下,对土地植被、生态环境的破坏也形成了非常严重的问题。各种矿产资源的开发利用造成很多矿山地质灾害频繁发生,严重威胁到人民的生命安全与财产安全,同时也影响到我国经济的可持续发展战略。主要针对我国当下时常发生的矿山地质灾害带给人们生存环境的影响,介绍了矿山地质灾害评估方法,并以某县采砂场的矿山开采时遗留的地质环境问题为例,分析了对矿山地质灾害进行恢复治理的思路与方法,并从国家法律法规角度提出了政策性的建议,希望能为我国遭到资源开采破坏的地质环境恢复治理提供理论依据与方法借鉴。 Since the implementation of reform and opening,the national economy has ushered in a period of rapid development.The development of industrial and commercial agriculture has presented an unprecedented prosperity.The total national economic volume in China is rising in comprehensive national strength to be steadily-enhanced.The foundation of national development is the development and utilization of natural resources.Under the model of large-scale and rapid economic development,the destruction of land vegetation,the ecological environment has also formed a very serious problem.The exploitation and utilization of various mineral resources have brought about many mine geological disasters,which seriously threaten the safety of people's life and property.It also affects the sustainable development of our country's economy.In view of the influence of mine geological hazards on people's living environment,this paper introduces the evaluation method of mine geological hazards.It takes the geological environmental problems left over from the mining of sand quarries in Tianjun County as an example.This paper makes an analysis of the ideas and methods for the restoration and management of mine geological hazards.It puts forward some policy suggestions from the point of view of national laws and regulations.It is hoped that it can provide theoretical basis and method for the restoration and treatment of geological environment damaged by exploitation of resources in China.
