摘要
每年,高校在维修改造项目上投资巨大,如何更大限度的用好这笔资金尤为重要。本文立足基建处,从项目立项、设计、发承包、施工各个阶段,结合工程实例,对造价控制出现的问题进行分析并提出对策。高校作为建设方,不仅从各个阶段进行造价控制,还要将设计单位、施工单位等参建方作为造价控制的核心主体。
Each year,colleges and universities will spend enormous investment on maintenance and renovation projects.How to make the best use of this fund is particularly important.The paper,based on department for colleges infrastructure construction management,using practical engineering cases in each project phase from project approval,design,bid and bidding to construction,analyzes problems in cost control and puts forward countermeasures accordingly.As builders,colleges and universities control the cost not only from each stage,but also regarding design units,construction units and other contractors as the core of cost control.
