摘要 随着建筑业由增量时代步入存量时代,基于我国越来越多房屋面临维修的背景下,本文提出建立基于BIM的房屋维修管理信息系统的必要性与可行性,然后分析了维修管理的业务流程和系统的功能需求,建立并开发出基于BIM的房屋维修管理信息系统。最后结合某学校教学楼的模型,有效实现基于BIM的房屋维修管理信息系统,挖掘BIM对房屋维修管理的价值。 With the construction industry entering the stock age from the incremental era and based on the fact that more and more houses in China are facing repairs,this paper proposes the necessity and feasibility of establishing a house maintenance and management information system based on BIM.Then,business processes and system functional requirements of maintenance management are analyzed and a BIM-based housing maintenance management information system is established and developed.Finally,combining with the model of a school teaching building,the system of house maintenance management information based on BIM is effectively realized,and the value of BIM on house maintenance management is tapped.
