信息不对称视角下中小物流企业发展模式探讨

Discussion on the Development Mode of Small and Medium-sized Logistics Enterprises from the Perspective of Asymmetric Information

中小物流企业对推动社会发展起着至关重要的作用。例如说在增加城乡居民收入和就业机会数量、进一步提高经济增长速度等。中小物流企业有三种主要的发展模式,即专一模式、特色模式以及联盟模式。中小物流企业发展难的根本原因在于企业各方面的信息不对称,而中小物流企业由于自身规模小、资源有限、技术设备落后等,必须注重发展模式的选择,要根据实际情况选取适当的发展模式来确保企业的长期健康稳定发展。故中小物流企业在信息不对称视角下的发展模式是本文研究的重中之重。

Small and medium-sized enterprises play an increasingly irreplaceable role in economic development,such as creating more jobs and increasing the income of city and country residents,improving the speed of economic growth,etc.There are three main modes of the development of small and medium enterprises,namely single,characteristic and alliance mode.The root cause of the difficult development of small and medium-sized enterprises is the enterprise all aspects of the asymmetric information,and small and medium-sized enterprise due to its small scale,limited resources,backward technology and equipment,etc.,they must pay attention to the choice of development model.According to the actual situation,choose the appropriate development model to ensure the long-term healthy and stable development of the enterprise.Therefore,the research on the development model of small and medium-sized enterprise under the perspective of Asymmetric information is the key of this study.
