云南某高校消防工程专业2018届毕业生初次就业情况分析

Analysis on the First Employment Situation of 2018 Graduates of Fire Engineering Major in a University in Yunnan

以云南某高校消防工程专业2018届毕业生为研究对象,分析了就业方式、求职方式、就业单位类型、专业相关度和就业进度的特点。研究表明:更多毕业生选择原籍就业,校园招聘会的求职成功率更高,国企就业比例高于民企,毕业生就业单位的专业相关度较高,国企倾向于招聘男性毕业生且招聘时间明显早于民企,女生相对男生择业机会少、就业滞后。

Taking the 2018 graduates of a fire engineering major in a university in Yunnan as the research object,this paper analyzes the characteristics of employment mode,job search mode,employment unit type,professional relevance and employment progress.Research shows that more graduates choose employment in their hometown;the job-seeking success rate of campus recruitment fairs is higher;the employment ratio of state-owned enterprises is higher than that of private enterprises,and the professional relevance of graduate employment units is high;state-owned enterprises tend to recruit male graduates and the recruitment time is obviously earlier than private enterprises;girls have fewer opportunities to choose jobs than boys,and their employment is lagging behind.
