摘要
针对耐热材料的厚度优化问题,通过调研耐热防护服的应用及热防护原理,设计出一套最优化不等式方程组作为约束条件,求解出不同厚度材料的合理优化区间,考虑到材料成本及防护服本身防护性能,特别的引入热阻,得到耐热材料的最优厚度解,为今后研究耐热防护材料厚度优化问题的研究提供了一种分析思路。
Aiming at the problem of thickness optimization of heat-resistant materials,by investigating the application of heat-resistant protective clothing and the principle of thermal protection,a set of optimal inequalities equations was designed as a constraint condition to solve the reasonable optimization interval of materials with different thicknesses.Taking into account the material cost and the protective performance of the protective clothing itself,thermal resistance was introduced,and the optimal thickness solution of the heat-resistant material was obtained,which provides an analytical idea for the study of the thickness optimization of heat-resistant protective materials in the future.
