简述飞机机翼模块化装配技术

摘要 新型飞机已经全面实行模块化工程,机翼的模块化工程尤其重要,需要充分了解机翼模块化装配流程和影响因子,从多种角度全面优化设计。通过建立机翼集成化工作平台,选择合理的柔性化滑轨安装车、活动翼面单元化控制逻辑结构,结合具体测试要求选择对应的措施方法,了解装配技术的要点所在,针对性提升工作效率和产品质量。本文就此展开分析,探究模块化装配在飞机机翼模块化工程中应用,了解具体的装配流程和实践应用效果。
