左卡尼汀联合富马酸比索洛尔治疗缺血性心肌病的临床效果

Clinical effect of levocarnitine combined with bisoprolol fumarate in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy

目的探索左卡尼汀联合富马酸比索洛尔治疗缺血性心肌病(ICM)的临床效果。方法将168例ICM患者按照治疗方式的不同分为联合组(左卡尼汀联合富马酸比索洛尔治疗)和对照组(单纯左卡尼汀治疗),各84例。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组LD1/LD2、CK-MB、Mb和c TnT水平均降低,且联合组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均无明显不良事件发生。结论左卡尼汀联合富马酸比索洛尔治疗ICM的效果显著,其可明显改善患者心肌缺血损伤程度,且不会增加不良事件的发生率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of levocarnitine combined with bisoprolol fumarate in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy(ICM).Methods A total of168patients with ICM were divided into combined group(treated with levocarnitine combined with bisoprolol fumarate)and control group(treated with levocarnitine alone)according to different treatment methods,with84cases in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of LD1/LD2,CK-MB,Mb and cTnT in both groups decreased,and those of the combined group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant adverse events in both groups during treatment.Conclusion Levocarnitine combined with bisoprolol fumarate on ICM has a significant effect,which can significantly improve the degree of myocardial ischemia injury of patients and will not increase the incidence of adverse events.
