痰热清注射液联合不同抗生素治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床效果

Clinical effect of Tanreqing injection combined with different antibiotics on acute attack of chronic bronchitis

目的探讨痰热清注射液联合不同抗生素治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年3月至2018年2月收治的102例慢性支气管炎急性发作患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各51例。两组均给予痰热清注射液,对照组联合红霉素进行治疗,观察组联合左氧氟沙星进行治疗。比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的血清IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α水平均明显降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的住院时间比较,差异不显著(P>0.05);观察组的治疗费用显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论两种抗生素联合痰热清注射液均能有效改善慢性支气管炎急性发作患者的临床症状,其中左氧氟沙星联合痰热清注射液疗效更佳,成本更低。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tanreqing injection combined with different antibiotics on acute attack of chronic bronchitis.Methods A total of102patients with acute attack of chronic bronchitis admitted in our hospital from March2017to February2018were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with51cases in each group.Both groups were given Tanreqing injection,the control group added erythromycin,and the observation group added levofloxacin.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of serum IL-6,IL-8and TNF-αin the two groups significantly decreased,and those of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05);the cost of treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both antibiotics combined with Tanreqing injection can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute attack of chronic bronchitis,but levofloxacin combined with Tanreqing injection has better curative effect and lower cost.
