针刺配合艾灸治疗类风湿关节炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of acupuncture combined with moxibustion in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

目的探讨针刺配合艾灸治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床效果。方法选取2016年6月至2018年6月医院270例RA患者为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性研究,根据不同的治疗方法将患者分为对照组和研究组,各135例。对照组患者给予针刺治疗,研究组患者在对照组的基础上联合艾灸治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者VAS、关节肿胀、关节压痛、关节功能障碍评分均降低,晨僵时间均缩短,RF、ESR、CRP水平均显著降低,且研究组均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合艾灸可有效改善患者的临床症状、体征及实验室指标水平,提高临床效果,在类风湿性关节炎的治疗中具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To explore clinical effect of acupuncture combined with moxibustion in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods A total of270patients with RA in the hospital from June2016to June2018were selected as study objects,the clinical data of patients were retrospectively studied.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group and research group,with135cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the research group was treated with moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy in both groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of VAS,joint swelling,joint tenderness and joint dysfunction in both groups decreased,morning stiffness time shortened,the levels of RF,ESR and CRP decreased significantly,and those in the research group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with moxibustion can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,sign and the levels of laboratory indicators of patients,improve the clinical efficacy and has higher application value in the treatment of RA.
