加味化肝煎联合三联疗法治疗Hp阳性慢性胃炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of modified Huagan decoction combined with triple therapy on chronic gastritis with positive Hp

目的研究加味化肝煎联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性慢性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取医院2015年1月至2016年12月收治的60例Hp阳性慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30例)和研究组(30例)。对照组采用三联疗法(阿莫西林胶囊、枸橼酸铋钾胶囊及奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊)进行治疗,研究组采用三联疗法与加味化肝煎联合治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、治疗前、后胃泌素-17、血清胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ及血清胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ水平。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的胃泌素-17、血清胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ及血清胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ水平均降低,且观察组均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味化肝煎联合三联疗法治疗Hp阳性慢性胃炎的效果显著,可进一步增强患者的胃肠道功能,减少胃黏膜病变,且用药不良反应少,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of modified Huagan decoction combined with triple therapy on chronic gastritis with positive Helicobacter pylori(Hp).Methods Sixty cases of chronic gastritis with positive Hp admitted in the hospital from January2015to December2016were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(30cases)and study group(30cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with triple therapy(amoxicillin capsule,bismuth potassium citrate capsule and omeprazole enteric-coated capsule),while the study group was treated with triple therapy combined with modified Huagan decoction.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,the levels of gastrin-17,serum pepsinogenⅠand serum pepsinogenⅡbefore and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of gastrin-17,serum pepsinogenⅠand serum pepsinogenⅡdecreased in both groups,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Huagan decoction combined with triple therapy is effective in the treatment of chronic gastritis with positive Hp.It can further enhance the gastrointestinal function of patients and reduce gastric mucosal lesions,with fewer adverse reactions and high safety.It is worth clinical popularizing and applying.
