舒适护理在急性上呼吸道感染患者中的应用效果

Application effect of comfort nursing in patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection

目的分析舒适护理在急性上呼吸道感染患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院2015年12月至2017年12月收治的200例急性上呼吸道感染患者为研究对象,根据入院顺序将其分为对照组与观察组,各100例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用舒适护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,两组患者GCQ评分均显著升高,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽消失时间、高热消失时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理态度、护理沟通、护理技能评分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比常规护理,舒适护理应用于急性上呼吸道感染患者中,可进一步提高患者舒适度,有效缩短临床症状消失时间,且可提高护理质量,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect of comfort nursing in patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of200cases of acute upper respiratory tract infections treated in our hospital from December2015to December2017were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with100cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comfortable nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the GCQ scores of the two groups significantly increased,and those in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough and fever in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing attitude,nursing communication and nursing skill of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared to the routine nursing,comfort nursing in patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection can further improve the comfort of patients,effectively shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,and improve the quality of nursing,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
