小儿室间隔缺损介入治疗与外科手术临床效果对比

Comparison of clinical effects between interventional therapy and surgical treatment for ventricular septal defect in children

目的探讨小儿室间隔缺损介入治疗与外科手术临床效果。方法选取该院儿科2015年2月至2017年10月收治的室间隔缺损患儿81例作为研究对象,根据治疗方案将所有研究对象分为对照组40例和观察组41例。对照组予以外科手术治疗,观察组采用介入治疗,观察两组患儿手术效果,以及残余分流、心律失常、瓣膜反流、并发症发生情况。结果两组患儿治疗成功率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是观察组手术时间、住院时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组残余分流发生率、心律失常发生率、新发瓣膜反流发生率、并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论介入治疗具有手术时间短、术后恢复快、并发症发生率低等优势,具有良好的临床价值,可作为优选治疗小儿室间隔缺损方案推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of interventional treatment and surgical therapy in child ventricular septal defect(VSD).Methods A total of 81 children patients with VSD hospitalized in the pediatric department of the hospital from February 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the study subjects and divided into the control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to the treatment scheme.The control group was treated with surgical therapy and observation group adopted the interventional therapy.The operative efficacy,residual shunt,arrhythmia,valve regurgitation and occurrence of complications were observed in the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the success rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The operation time and postoperative hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The occurrence rates of residual shunt,arrhythmias,new onset valvular regurgitation and complications were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The interventional therapy has the advantages of short operation time,rapid postoperative recovery and low incidence of complications,has good clinical value and can be promoted and applied as a preferred treatment scheme for child VSD.
