摘要
在2台烧结机供应4座高炉(简称"2对4")的供料模式下,宝钢股份公司烧结开展了消石灰替代生石灰、提高生石灰质量的试验与实践。烧结杯试验结果表明,消石灰替代生石灰较为适宜的比例为60%左右;生产实践消石灰替代比例为0. 62%时负压较基准期降低0. 52 kPa。生石灰提高质量试验结果表明,提高生石灰灼减和活性度对利用系数、成品率、强度、固体燃料消耗和工序能耗等指标有不同程度改善,如成品率提高1. 07%,强度提高1. 04%,工序能耗降低1. 01 kg/t。
Under two sintering supplying four blast furnaces(abbreviated“2 to 4”)feed mode,Baosteel Sintering carried out the experiment and practice of slaked lime replacing quicklime and improving quality of quicklime.Sintering cup experiment results show that the suitable ratio of slaked lime to replace quicklime is 60%;when the production practice substitution ratio is 0.62%,the negative pressure is reduced by 0.52 kPa.Improving quicklime’s quality of burn reduction and activity experiment shows that the quality of quicklime’s burn reduction and activity has different influence on utilization factor,yield,strength,solid fuel consumption and process energy consumption,such as the yield was increased by 1.07%,the strength was increased by 1.04%and the process energy consumption was reduced by 1.01 kg/t.
