摘要
尾矿库存在着溃坝、滑坡、崩塌、泥石流等危险隐患。主要对板田钒钛磁铁矿采选项目配套阿朵卡尾矿库工程安全稳定性进行分析与评价,对尾矿库设置安全在线监测系统,为阿朵卡尾矿库的安全与生产提供必要的理论依据。结果得出,尾矿库局部水力坡降(入渗点)超过允许坡降,但位于封闭环境中,加上初期坝及堆积坝的排渗措施,可有效降低浸润线;出渗点位于初期坝底部堆石体中,不会产生管涌等现象;通过使用简化毕肖普法等三种方法算出阿朵卡尾矿库的安全稳定系数处于安全的状态,其稳定性可较好满足安全生产的条件;在稳定状态良好的情况下对阿朵卡尾矿库进行安全监测。
There are dangerous hidden dangers such as dam break,landslide,collapse and debris flow in tailings reservoir.In this paper,the safety and stability and on-line monitoring system for the safety of the Aduoka tailings pond are carried out,which provide the necessary theoretical basis for the safety and production of the Aduoka tailings pond.The results show that the local hydraulic gradient(infiltration point)of tailings sand exceeds the allowable gradient,but because it is located in a closed environment,the seepage line can be effectively reduced by adding the drainage measures of the initial dam and the accumulation dam.The seepage point is located in the rock fill at the bottom of the initial dam,and no piping will occur.The safety and stability coefficient of the Aduoka tailings pond is in a safe state,and the stability of the Aduoka tailings pond satisfies the conditions of safe production.
