摘要
以云南某高钛渣为原料,提出一种微波加热制备高品质人造金红石产品的新工艺,并对产物进行表征与分析。结果表明,高钛渣的主要成分是铁钛氧化物的固溶体,二氧化钛主要以锐钛矿形式存在,含少量金红石相。经过微波焙烧后,锐钛矿衍射峰消失,金红石衍射峰增强。高钛渣颗粒表面比较光滑、平整,微波焙烧后得到短棒状体金红石。
A new method with microwave heating was proposed to prepare synthetic rutile TiO2 applying high titanium slag as raw materials.The crystal structure and microstructure were characterized.The results show that main phase of high titanium slag is anatase accompanied with a small amount of rutile phase.After microwave roasting,the diffraction peak of anatase has disappeared,and the peak of rutile rises.The surface of high titanium slag is smooth.After microwave heating,some irregular rod-like particles,which belongs to morphology of rutile TiO2,appears.
