摘要
采用低毒浸金剂"SD"对含金多金属氧化矿的可浸性进行了试验。研究了工艺参数对浸出效果的影响,结果表明,磨矿细度-45μm含量85%、浸金剂"SD"用量2. 00 kg/t、石灰用量12. 00 kg/t、矿浆浓度35. 00%、浸出时间30 h时的浸出条件最佳,且工艺比较稳定,此条件下可获得金浸出率为93. 30%,银浸出率为56. 12%的良好指标。
Leaching feasibility of polymetallic oxide gold ore with non-cyanide leaching reagent“SD”was tested by process of fine grinding and leaching.Effect of process parameters on leaching efficiency was studied.The results show that the optimum leaching conditions are as follows:grinding fineness-45μm of 85%,“SD”dosage of 2.00 kg/t,lime dosage of 12.00 kg/t,pulp concentration of 35.00%,leaching time of 30 h,when the process is stable.The average leaching rate of 93.30%for gold and 56.12%for silver can be obtained under the conditions.
