摘要
以4N精铟为原料,采用铟电解精炼法提纯制备高纯铟。设计了以铟离子浓度、Na Cl浓度、电解液pH值以及电流密度为实验因素的L9(34)正交试验,获得了铟电解精炼较优工艺参数条件。结果显示,当铟离子浓度为70 g/L、Na Cl浓度为60 g/L、电解液pH值为1. 5、电流密度为65 A/m2时,样品的电解精炼效果最好,铟含量达到99. 999 8%以上,其他杂质达到5N高纯铟YS/T 264—2012的标准。
High purity indium was prepared by electrolytic refining method with 4N indium as raw material.L9(3 4)orthogonal experiment was designed to investigate the effect of indium ion concentration,NaCl concentration,pH value of electrolyte,and current density on indium electrolysis refining.The results show that indium content reachs to 99.9998%and above and other impurities reach standard of 5N high purity indium YS/T 264-2012 under the optimum conditions including indium ion concentration of 70g/L,NaCl concentration of 60g/L,pH value of electrolyte of 1.5,and current density of 65 A/m^2.
