摘要
广东某硫铁矿选矿废水COD偏高,达到220 mg/L,以酸改性粉煤灰作为催化剂,采用非均相Fenton氧化法处理该废水,实验结果表明,在pH值为4,改性粉煤灰投加量20 g/L,Fe2+投加量1. 57mmol/L,H2O2投加量9. 43 mmol/L,反应时间为40 min时,废水中COD的去除率可达92%以上,降解效果好。该法能够提高H2O2的利用率,且反应时间较短,是一种有效的选矿废水处理方法。
The beneficiation wastewater in a pyrite mine of Guangdong province with a high COD up to 220 mg/L was treated by using acid modified fly ash as a catalyst for heterogeneous Fenton oxidation.The experimental results show that when pH value was 4,the dosage of modified fly ash was 20g/L,Fe^2+dosage was 1.57 mmol/L,H2O2 dosage was 9.43 mmol/L,and the reaction time was 40 min,the removal rate of COD in wastewater could reach above 92%,and it achieved a good degradation effect.This method could improve the utilization of H2O2 and the reaction time is shorter.It is an effective treatment method for the beneficiation wastewater.
