摘要
利用柴油机排放仪和微粒计数器对柴油机燃用含添加剂的正丁醇柴油的颗粒物PM2.5进行净化分析试验。优化实验表明,相同工况下,在相同醇基液情况下,添加剂TJ-03净化效果更好,适当改变0号柴油和添加剂比例,燃油添加剂为CJ-0215-0201的排放PM2.5颗粒物最少;通过全工况实验,总体分析,无论是高功率、大扭矩还是小怠速工况,有燃油添加剂CJ-0215-0201比无任何添加剂0#柴油燃料净化效果好。
The diesel engine emission meter and particle counter are used to purify and analyze the PM2.5 of the diesel fuel containing the additive-containing n-butanol diesel.The optimization experiment shows that under the same working conditions,the additive TJ-03 has better purification effect under the same alcohol base liquid,and the proportion of diesel oil and additives is appropriately changed.The fuel additive is the minimum PM2.5 particulate matter discharged by CJ-0215-0201.Through full working condition experiment and overall analysis,the purification effect of fuel additive CJ-0215-0201 is better than no additive 0#diesel fuel no matter it is under high power,high torque or small idle speed conditions.
