摘要
通过对新加坡理工学院、南洋理工学院和新加坡共和理工学院等三所新加坡高职院校在创办背景与办学理念、专业设置与人才培养目标、教学模式与课程设置等方面的比较,认为以学生为中心、服务经济社会需求、追求卓越、注重特色发展是其共性特征,提出政府的统筹发展、分类指导与办学自主权下放应有机统一,创新发展与注重办学经验和历史积累形成办学特色的有机结合,主动适应和引领产业发展与发展传统与特色专业的有机融合等是我国高职院校借鉴学习新加坡的理工学院办学经验,凸显办学特色,实现内涵发展的有效策略。
By comparing the founding background and college-running concept,specialty setting and talent training objectives,teaching mode and curriculum setting of three Singapore higher vocational colleges,namely,Singapore Polytechnic,Nanyang Polytechnic and Singapore Republican Polytechnic,it is believed that students are the center,serving economic and social needs,and pursuing excellence.Focusing on characteristic development is its common feature.It is proposed that the overall development,classified guidance and decentralization of college-running autonomy of the government should be organically unified,innovative development and emphasis on School-running experience and historical accumulation should form an organic combination of college-running characteristics,and actively adapt to and lead industrial development and the organic integration of traditional and characteristic specialties.Higher vocational colleges can learn from the experience of Singapore Polytechnic College,highlight the characteristics of running schools,and realize the effective strategy of connotation development.
