制造业的未来与手工艺教育——来自英国手工艺教育的启示

Enlightenment from the Way to Adjust the Contradiction between Supply and Demand of Professionals in the United Handicraft Education System in the UK

针对我国当下手工艺行业专业人才供需矛盾的现况,本文通过对英国手工艺教育IAS有机体层次与联系的分析提出:在正式教育体系中渗透手工艺教育价值的核心途径;以及修订产业与职业目类为手工艺职业"正名"、创造就业机会,完善现代学徒制度,统一政府和行业职业资格认证"权信"的综合调解策略。

According to the current contradiction between the supply and demand of professional personnel in the handicraft industry in China,this paper,through the analysis of the level and relationship of the IAS in the British handicraft education,puts forward the following points:the core way to infiltrate the value of handicraft education in the formal education system;the revision of the industrial and professional categories for the handicraft profession to"correct the name",and create employment opportunities,improving the modern apprenticeship system,and comprehensive mediation strategy unifying the professional qualification certification"authority and credibility"of the government and industry.
