四磨汤口服液对胃肠外科手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复的影响

Effects of Simo Decoction on the Postoperative Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function in Patients Undergoing Gastrointestinal Surgery

目的:探讨四磨汤口服液对胃肠外科手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法:选取2017年广州市花都区人民医院收治的拟行胃肠外科手术患者84例,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。术后,对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用四磨汤口服液治疗。观察两组患者术后胃肠功能恢复情况及胃肠反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间及排便时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者腹胀、恶心、腹痛及呕吐发生率的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:四磨汤口服液可促进胃肠外科手术患者术后胃肠功能的恢复,改善预后。

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the effects of Simo decoction on the postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery.METHODS:84patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery admitted into People’s Hospital of Guangzhou Huadu District in2017were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number,with42cases in each.The control group was given conventional therapy after surgery,while the observation group was given Simo decoction based on the control group.The recovery of gastrointestinal function and incidences of gastrointestinal reaction of both groups were observed.RESULTS:The recovery time of borborygmus,evacuation time of anus and defecation time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);there were no statistical significance in differences of incidences of abdominal distention,nausea,stomachache and emesis between two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Simo decoction can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery and improve patients’prognoses.
