紫杉醇治疗子宫内膜癌的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Taxol in Treatment of Endometrial Cancer

目的:探讨紫杉醇治疗子宫内膜癌的疗效。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年1月湖北省谷城县人民医院收治的子宫内膜癌患者176例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组88例。对照组患者给予阿霉素开展化疗,观察组患者给予紫杉醇开展化疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效和生活质量情况。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为90.91%(80/88),明显高于对照组的72.73%(64/88),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的自觉症状、社会活动、躯体功能状态、日常活动及心理状态评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:紫杉醇治疗子宫内膜癌的疗效较好,优于阿霉素,可提高患者的生活质量。

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy of taxol in treatment of endometrial cancer.METHODS:176patients with endometrial cancer admitted into People’s Hospital of Hubei Gucheng County from Jan.2015to Jan.2016were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table,with88cases in each.The control group was given adriamycin for chemotherapy,while the observation group was given taxol for chemotherapy.Differences in clinical efficacy and living quality between two groups were compared.RESULTS:The total effective rate of observation group was90.91%(80/88),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.73%,64/88),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);after treatment,scores of subjective symptoms,social activities,physical function,daily activities and psychological states of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of taxol in treatment of endometrial cancer is remarkable,which is better than that of adriamycin and can improve patients’living quality.
