2016—2017年口腔专科医院自费药品应用分析

Analysis on Application of Self-Funded Drugs in Stomatological Hospital During 2016-2017

目的:了解口腔专科医院自费药品使用情况,为促进临床合理应用自费药品、有效降低患者药费负担提供参考。方法:收集医院信息系统中2016—2017年四川大学华西口腔医院(以下简称"我院")自费药品的使用数据,按照药物种类、销售金额、销售数量以及临床科室用药情况等进行统计分析。结果:2016—2017年,我院共有15种自费药品,其销售金额为330.13万元,其中中成药的销售金额最高(218.83万元,占66.29%);销售金额排序居前3位的药品为增抗宁胶囊、右美托咪定注射液和倍他胡萝卜素胶囊,累积销售金额为279.95万元,占自费药品销售金额的84.80%;自费药品销售金额排序居3位的临床科室为口腔黏膜科、麻醉科和儿童口腔科。结论:我院自费药品的使用情况符合口腔专科用药特点,自费药品总体使用比较合理。

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application of self-funded drugs in a stomatological hospital,so as to provide reference for promoting the rational application of self-funded drugs in clinical practice and effectively reducing the burden of patients drug costs.METHODS:Data on application of self-funded drugs by West China Hospital of Stomatology Sichuan University(hereinafter referred to as“the hospital”)were collected from the hospital information system during 2016-2017.And statistical analysis was conducted on drug categories,consumption sum,consumption amount and drug application in clinical departments,etc.RESULTS:During 2016-2017,there are 15kinds of self-funded drugs in our hospital,and the consumption sum was 3.3013 million yuan,of which the consumption sum of Chinese patent medicine took the lead(2.1883million yuan,66.29%).The top 3 drugs ranked by consumption sum were respectively Zengkangning capsules,dexmedetomidine injection and Beta-carotene capsules,the accumulated consumption sum was 2.7995million yuan,accounting for84.80% of the consumption sum of self-funded drugs.The top3clinical departments ranked by consumption sum were respectively oral mucosa department,anesthesia department and pediatric dentistry department.CONCLUSIONS:The application of self-funded drugs in our hospital is in line with the characteristics of stomatology,and the overall application of self-funded drugs is relatively reasonable.
