临床药师参与糖尿病患者使用胰岛素的健康教育实践

Health Education for Insulin-Treated Diabetic Patients Participated by Clinical Pharmacists

目的:探讨临床药师干预门诊2型糖尿病患者使用胰岛素的方法和作用,了解门诊2型糖尿病患者胰岛素自我注射现状,探索临床药师的工作模式。方法:选取门诊使用胰岛素的2型糖尿病患者76例,临床药师对患者进行胰岛素相关的用药指导和健康教育。干预6个月,比较干预前后患者对胰岛素的认知水平和自我注射行为水平。结果:完成6个月随访的患者共69例。与干预前比较,干预6个月后门诊2型糖尿病患者对胰岛素的认知水平和注射技术明显提高,自我管理水平明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:临床药师参与门诊2型糖尿病患者的用药指导和健康教育,取得了良好效果,应努力探索,进一步发挥药师的积极作用。

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the pharmacists intervention on the methods and functions of the use of insulin in patients with type2diabetes in outpatients,to understand the status of insulin self injection in patients with type2diabetes in outpatients and to explore the working mode of pharmacists.METHODS:76patients with type2diabetes who used insulin were selected to conduct insulin related medication guidance and health education by clinical pharmacists.After intervention of6months,insulin awareness and self-injection behavior levels were compared before and after intervention.RESULTS:A total of69patients completed the6-month follow-up.Compared with before intervention,the insulin awareness and injection technique of insulin in patients with type2diabetes had been significantly improved after6months of intervention,and the self-management level also had been significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).CONCLUSIONS:Pharmacists are effective in medication guidance and health education for outpatients with type2diabetes.Pharmacists should strive to explore and play a positive role in medication.
