我院162例地高辛血药浓度结果分析

Analysis of blood concentration of digoxin in 162 cases

目的通过对我院地高辛血药浓度监测结果进行回顾性分析,为临床提供参考。方法选取2017年10月—2018年3月在本院门诊及住院使用地高辛治疗并进行血药浓度监测的病例162例,对结果进行统计分析。结果在162例地高辛血药浓度监测结果中,血药浓度<0.5 ng/mL的有51例,占31.48%;在0.5～2.0 ng/mL有效范围的有95例,占58.64%;>2.0 ng/mL的有16例,占9.88%。结论监测地高辛的血药浓度,制定个体化的给药方案,可提高治疗效果,减少药物不良反应,有利于临床安全合理用药。

Objective To retrospectively analyze the results of monitoring the blood digoxin concentration and to provide a reference for clinic.Methods162cases of digoxin used in outpatient and inpatient department of our hospital from October2017to March2018were selected and their blood drug concentration was monitored.Results Among162cases of blood digoxin concentration monitoring,51cases(31.48%)had serum concentration less than0.5ng/mL,95cases(58.64%)had effective range of0.5-2.0ng/mL,and16cases(9.88%)had serum concentration greater than2.0ng/mL.Conclusion Monitoring the blood concentration of digoxin and formulating individualized dosage regimen can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce adverse drug reactions,which is conducive to safe and rational drug use in clinic.
