摘要
目的从孵化网络微观视角探讨生物医药孵化器绩效的影响机理,分析孵化网络对生物医药孵化器绩效的影响。方法通过构建结构方程模型(SEM)验证研究假设,构架孵化网络微观特征通过组织学习对生物医药孵化器绩效影响的理论模型。结果引导结点网络规模对利用性学习、资金结点关系强度对探索性学习之间均存在正相关关系;引导结点关系强度、智力结点网络规模、资金结点网络规模与利用性学习存在负相关关系;中介结点关系强度和中介结点网络规模与探索性学习之间也存在负相关关系。结论探索性学习对创新绩效会产生显著影响,同时组织学习在孵化网络和生物医药孵化器绩效间发挥中介效应。
Objective To explore the impact mechanisms of biomedicine incubator performance from the microscopic perspective of incubation network and analyze the influence of incubation network on the performance of biomedicine incubator.Methods A structural equation model(SEM)was constructed to verify the theoretical model of the hypothesis and the micro-characteristics of the framework incubation network and the impact of organizational learning on the performance of biopharmaceutical incubators.Results There was a positive correlation between the strength of the pilot node network and the strength of the relationship between the use of learning and the funding node for exploratory learning.There was a negative correlation between the strength of the guiding node relationship,the scale of the intellectual node network,the network size of the funding node and the use of learning.There was also a negative correlation between the intensity of intermediate node relationships and the scale of intermediary node networks and exploratory learning.Conclusion Exploratory learning has a significant impact on innovation performance.At the same time,organizational learning plays an intermediary role between the incubation network and the performance of biomedicine incubators.
