摘要
选取喹啉、吲哚和吡啶三种典型的含氮杂环化合物(NHCs)作为目标物质,研究其对蚕豆根尖细胞的诱导作用,通过测定微核率和脂质过氧化作用,判断不同浓度的三种物质对细胞遗传毒性的影响。实验结果表明,当喹啉、吲哚以及吡啶作用于蚕豆根尖细胞时,呈现不同程度的诱导作用和污染损伤,在喹啉、吲哚和吡啶浓度分别为20 mg/L、5 mg/L、20 mg/L时,微核率达到最大值,对应的微核指数分别为15.15、9.09和6.06,相应的脂质过氧化作用也达到最大,丙二醛含量(MDA)分别为0.019μmol/g,0.023μmol/g和0.018μmol/g,三种物质对蚕豆根尖细胞有明显的遗传毒性作用。
Three nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds(NHCs)of quinoline,indole and pyridine were selected as the target material to study their inducement effect on the Vicia faba root tip cells.The effects of different concentrations of three substances on genetic toxicity were determined by the effects of micronucleus rate and lipid peroxidation.The results indicated that quinoline,indole and pyridine showed different degrees of pollution damage and inducement effect when they were applied to Vicia faba root tip cells.When the concentrations of quinoline,indole and pyridine were 20 mg/L,5 mg/L and 20 mg/L,respectively,the micronucleus rate reached the maximum,and the corresponding micronucleus indexes were 15.15,9.09 and 6.06,respectively,the corresponding degree of lipid peroxidation reached the maximum,the MDA values at 0.019 mol/L,0.023 mol/L and 0.018 mol/L,respectively.Three substances have obvious genetic toxicity on Vicia faba root tip cells.
