摘要
对象编码是国家水资源监控能力建设项目的基础工作。在梳理现有的水资源管理编码成果的基础上,分析其在国家水资源监控能力建设项目中的适用性;根据该项目建设内容和方式,明确编码的要求和原则,提出实用的对象编码方案。该对象编码方案在国家水资源监控能力建设项目中得到应用,对实现各级系统的互联互通和数据共享具有重要意义。
Information coding is the fundamental task of National Water Resources Monitoring Ability Construction Project.Based on testing current coding results for water resources management,the article analyzes their applicability in the project.According to the content and mode of the project it proposes the coding demands and principles for the object,and puts forward the coding system of the project.It has been applied in the project and has played an important role in realizing the connectivity and data sharing between different subsystems.
