基于坐位体前屈指标的Heath-Carter体型的评价分析

Analysis and evaluation of Heath-Carter somatotype based on sit and reach

为了解高水平坐位体前屈者的Heath-Carter法体型类型,对某机动部队418名男战士使用坐位体前屈测试仪进行坐位体前屈测量,采用国际通用的Heath-Carter体型法测量体型并分类.结果显示:418名男战士坐位体前屈均值为(16.3±6.7)cm,总体评价为良好.坐位体前屈成绩优秀者127人,占30.4%,成绩均值为(23.4±2.9)cm,体型均值为2.2(0.7)-4.9(1.2)-2.4(0.9),SAM为1.5,优秀者中有115人体型集中于中胚层体型,占90.6%.成绩良好者189人,占45.2%,成绩均值为(16.3±2.1)cm,体型均值为2.4(0.7)-4.8(1.3)-2.5(1.0),SAM为1.8,良好者中有168人体型集中于中胚层体型,占88.9%. 316例成绩良好以上(含优)者体型中有283例集中于中胚层体型,占89.6%.这些结果表明,高水平坐位体前屈者的体型分类高度集中于中胚层体型.

To explore the somatotype classification of high level sit and reach with Heath-Carter method,the measurement instrument of sit and reach test was used to assess the 418 male soldiers of a unit.The method of Heath-Carter was adopted to measure and classify the somatotype.The results showed that the mean value of sit and reach of the 418 male soldiers was(16.3±6.7)cm,and the overall evaluation was good.Sit and reach excellent was 127,accounting for 30.4%.The mean value was(23.4±2.9)cm,and the mean value of somatotype was 2.2(0.7)-4.9(1.2)-2.4(0.9).The SAM was 1.5,and 90.6%focused on the medium of embryo type.The number of good was 189,accounting for 45.2%;the mean value of sit and reach was(16.3±2.1)cm,the mean value of somatotype was 2.4(0.7)-4.8(1.3)-2.5(1.0),and SAM was 1.8,88.9%focused on the medium of embryo type.The number of good(including excellent)was 316,there were 283 cases focused on the middle embryo type,which occupied 89.6%.The results confirmed that the high level of sit and reach in the somatotype classification was highly concentrated in the medium of the embryo type.
