摘要
因化工管道柔性差、热位移或疲劳损伤等在生产过程中会突然发生破裂,对其进行应力分析非常必要。探讨了管道应力分析中几种不太常见但容易出现问题的情况,如大口径薄壁管的计算方法、膨胀节管口扭转力矩的支撑方式、夹套管处固定架的应力安全等,得出了其合理方法,保证其安全可靠。
Chemical pipes are prone to bursting due to poor flexibility,thermal displacement or fatigue damage during operation,hence it is crucial to conduct stress analysis for them.The discussion on some unusual but problematic scenarios in pipe stress analysis is provided,such as the calculation method for large-bore thin-walled pipes,support method for torque of the expansion joint nozzle,and the stress safety for the external fixture of jacketed pipes,and the practical methods are taken to ensure safety and reliability.
