The wet-process phosphoric acid concentration system is prone to fouling,compromising the quality of concentrated phosphoric acid and the production capacity of the phosphoric acid plant as a whole,which shall be cleaned on a regular basis.Taking the indirect heating of concentrated phosphoric acid system with steam as an example,the process flow of the phosphoric acid concentration is described,an analysis of typical issues with the phosphoric acid concentration system is provided,and precautions to take taken during cleaning operation for the concentration system are raised.
