摘要
如何高效稳定处理磷复肥生产过程中产生的大量含磷氟污水已成为当前磷化工领域的研究热点。介绍了电化学絮凝法处理无机含磷氟污水的工艺原理和最佳工艺条件。采用该工艺磷氟去除率分别为99.85%和99.39%,绝干污泥产生量少,直接电耗低,总体运行费用低,为磷化工企业污水处理开辟了一条新途径。
Ways to efficiently and reliably treat the large volume effluent of containing phosphorus and fluorine generated from the compound phosphate fertilizer production is a hot topic in current phosphate chemical research.The process principles and optimum process conditions for treating effluents containing phosphorus and fluorine with electrochemical flocculation method are presented,which has achieved phosphorus and fluorine removal of99.85%and99.39%,respectively,the dry sludge volume is small,the direct power consumption is low,the overall operating cost is low,which opens up a new possibility for effluent treatment for phosphate chemical producers.
